1. General By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We take great care to accurately display our products, including colors, designs, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted nature of our items.

3. Orders & Payments All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

4. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.

Please note: No refund or exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days of delivery, under any circumstances.

6. Privacy Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Kangan Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
